| Q. Does your sheds etc. come with locks fitted? |
| A.All sheds etc come fitted with an asp and staple. We can supply a padlock if requested. |

| Q.Is the wood you use weather treated? |
| A.We coat it at our factory in a basecoat. It is advised that you treat the wood with a good clear waterproofer and again every 12 months. |

| Q.Do you use glass or Perspex? |
| A.Glass is fitted as standard on all sheds. Howeve this can be altered on request. |

| Q. Can you build me a customised shed/playhouse etc. |
| A. Yes. We can build any shed/playhouse to your specifications. |

| Q. Can my shed be put straight onto grass? |
| A.No. All sheds need to be placed on a solid level concrete floor or on a flag base. The floor needs to be levelled in order for you to get the best from your shed. We can fit a flag base if required |

| Q. I need a 8ft x 6ft shed what size does my flag base need to be. |
| A. All are timber building are measured on approx roof size and you will lose at least 4 inch OF length and width.So an 8ft x 6ft flag base will be fine. |

| Q.My shed has knot holes what can you do. |
| A.Garden sheds are made of pine wood we cannot stop a tree growing branches and producing knot holes,we also cannot do anything about the wood splitting we will however use silicone sealent to make your building watertight. |

| Q.Do your buildings etc. come with a guarantee? |
| A.As wood is a natural product and therefore suseptible to changes in the outside enviroment so we are unable to offer any guarantee. |
Delivery Information
At First 4 Sheds we aim to deliver all buildings within 7-10 working days of your order being received. Once your signed order is received, it will be passed to our in-house manufacturers for construction and delivery.

We offer a delivery service within merseyside and beyond on all our sheds and fencing pannels. Please contact our office to find out more about delivery charges in your area.
Delivery Times
Telephone orders will be agreed at time of ordering. For order made via internet and email we will contact you to determine an agreeable delivery date. Products may be delivered using our own vehicles. In exceptional circumstances, it may prove necessary to alter the delivery date depending on the level of orders and seasonal variations, but we will consult you should any alteration need to be made. Usually deliver all are Monday to Friday during our working hours. If during the week is unsuitable for you to have your delivery, please contact us to arrange a delivery date outside of working hours or during the weekend.
Delivery only
Orders will be made only to the side of the delivery vehicle, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the order. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the building to be moved from the delivery point to its assembly site. Under no circumstances will the delivery vehicle leave the public highway to facilitate a delivery, unless the driver is certain that it is safe to do.
